The sold-out Business Ireland South Africa networking breakfast in Joburg was a great success!

The very vocal cross-sectoral group was brimming with ideas on how to collaborate with each other and create opportunities between Ireland 🇮🇪 and South Africa 🇿🇦.

There’s so much energy to be harnessed from the hashtag#business hashtag#community with only optimism shining through after the hashtag#election2024 yesterday!

CHAMPIONS RETURN……

We had a super Business Ireland South Africa lunch with Munster Rugby at The President Hotel as the team returned to the scene of their United Rugby Championship glory. President Mick Carroll presented the signed URC final jersey to Chair of the President Jeff Closenberg. CEO Ian Flanagan spoke about the Munster ethos, the growing links with SA rugby, and their joy in visiting SA. VP Brendan Foley, coach Graham Rowntree and manager Niall O’Donovan also joined.
Thanks to The President Hotel and chef Sergio Adams for the sumptuous food and David Wibberley for the superb SPIDERPIG wines and special guests;
